Stay at home if you have coronavirus symptoms

Due to the ongoing pandemic, and to help keep you and our colleagues safe we’re following national guidance and minimising face to face contacts. We will continue to support you through video consultation, telephone consultations and virtual clinics and we’ll see you face to face where this is safe, and the most appropriate way to support you in line with the national guidance

COVID-19 Vaccine – Information for patients

Designated sites for vaccinations have been set up across the country. to learn more click here.

Please note that people in the 50-64-year old age group will not be vaccinated until November and December, providing there is sufficient vaccine, and no appointments will be offered for this age group until then. This is to ensure that those who are most at risk are vaccinated first. If you are 50-64 and you are in one of the other groups which are eligible for the flu vaccination, for example you have a health condition which puts you at risk from the flu, you will be invited earlier.

Due to the Coronavirus we are only able to refer patients to hospital if they have life or limb threating condition.  Do NOT contact the surgery with the expectation of an onward referral to hospital. Patients will be informed by the hospital if any changes to pre-booked appointments (via phone until April and via letter thereafter).  Patients should continue to attend unless told otherwise.  Please be advised that your GP surgery is still open for telephone consultation

We’re following government guidelines to make sure all our premises are up to standard and safe. Once we have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment, we will display a certificate that confirms we’re complying with the government’s guidance.

Please play your part in keeping everyone safe by sticking to the social distancing guidelines.

Flu vaccines this year will be given by appointment only to patients eligible. Please do not come to the surgery without an appointment. Click here for more information.
